I spent 12 years in college learning nuclear physics and his advice regarding nuclear attack is on the money. I could certainly add to it, but not in nearly as few words.

Its actually a very well written document to give as much advice as it does in such a short space. I may have to put it in a email and send it to my friends (if that's OK).
