That makes sense. I was wondering why if household AC condensate water was so bad why some news agency hadn't made a big, scary fuss about it. Now the trick is just to get the time/money to do this.

p.s. I've been picking a 1-gal bucket full of green beans from my garden every other day. They are super-delicous! The okra has sprouted and by July I'll be neck deep in them. I need to get some canning supplies and pickle the extra okra.

Pickled Okra? It's ok battered and fried but pickled, EEEWWWWW.

You are making me hungry though, the beans are not poducing quite yet. Few more weeks for those to come in. Did have fresh picked vine ripened tomatoes with supper tonight courtesy of a friend of mine. So i am not entirely with out fresh food.

Boy, I'm jealous. We had frost here this morning. My pepper seeds just sprouted although my tomatoes are a few inches tall already. I can't transplant anything outside for another two weeks.

If you really want to be jealous, i have been getting fresh tomatoes for the last 6 weeks or so. The friend that gave me the tomatoes has already went through her first planting this year. She grows them on her back porch in some sort of hydroponic container that i'm sure came from the shopping channel.

The tomato plants in my backyard that are just planted in the dirt are only knee high, so it will be a several weeks before i have any of my own. There is also red skin potatoes, peas, beans, and okra. Will be eating very well soon.
