If there is such a product, and if it is anything like the old electric socks, save your money. Nearly undetectable heat output, very short battery life. I'd recommend the tiny size chemical packs.

Well boot heater that my dad has (insoles) is really great but... life of the battery is short and it's expensive. I saw no electirc hand heater out there. I know that North Face at one point made an electric jacket for $500 but that's about it.
