Our company has well over a billion dollars in business there doing engineering/construction management. There's gotta be maybe a dozen more big companies like ours there for the same reason.

So long as the money flows, people will go, some stupid, some just plain ignorant.

I was asked to go, twice. I declined. I am making enough money now. Greed is a good motivator, though.
