hi all, i just added a little LED torch to the perry whistle and cigarette lighter than live more or less constantly on a lanyard dangling round my neck and i was wondering what other people wear round their necks. just being nosey i guess!

I carry my secondary knife ( a finnish puukko) on a neck lanyard of lamp wicking ( a great tinder) with a breakaway stitch. Sometimes I wear a tie <img src="images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

spare car and house key, a proton! I carry alsorts about my person and the idea is if it's dark i can find my proton very easily so i can locate all my other gear very quickly and well the keys well i have a horrible habbit of putting things down and forgetting where i put them-this is all on a fox40 lanyard which has a very good breakaway system

I know it's a bit out of subject, but I did found it was a good joke (at least, one I did understand ...) :
At a scottish gathering, an americain news reporterwoman ask a man, in full national attire : 'I know it's a delicate question, but is anything worn under the kilt ?".
