All,

I'm going to be in the DFW several times throughout this year for business and personal.

What outdoor related stores exist there? I know of two REI's, Cabela's and Bass Pro. Does anyone know of any 'must visit' stores in the DFW area?

Aside from that, what's there to do? My time in the DFW area will be restrict to the city and surrounding areas... So, no hiking..... strickly urban.

Thanks in advance,
Kris

Susan,
hummmm... already had that one figured out. ;-)

BigDaddyTX,
Thanks for those suggestions. If I have time, Six Flags might be a stop for me.

There is a huge knife store on the I-820 Loop.

Cowtown... Now that sounds like a place where I need to go to!!!!

Reunion tower? Never heard of it. Just looked it up. After doing the CN Tower in Toronto, everything is small then. ;-)

As for house of blades... theres no online catalog yet... I'll email them to see what they have.

Thanks all,
Kris
