Hello all,

I was wondering if any of you guys have experience with the Utilikilt. I am thinking of getting one. I would get either the Survivor model or the original model. They seem to be quality made. Is this true? Thank you all

-Jace

btw: heres the link

Utilikilt brand of utility kilts.

In the interest of my own survival, I would NEVER wear this where I live in fear of being beaten to death.

I think I will stick to cargo shorts.

I am secure enough in my manhood and confident in my black belt skills to wear one of these. However, since I cannot prove that I have any Scot in my lineage I will refrain from wearing one. If I could prove I had Scot lineage I would be wearing one in a heartbeat.

Trying to look at these practically, I do not see them being warm enough for my liking in cold temperatures. Also, I do not wish to leave my boys so exposed all day to things like mosquitoes, when outdoors for extended periods.

However, if you are inclined to wear a kilt, do it right and let the boys be free.

I have never worn a kilt so I will not give an opinion on that which I know nothing about.

they dont LOOK very practical though.

taurus parents are Scotts, maybe I will buy him one for his birthday. I wonder if they come in camo?

I have one and love wearing it out in the bush. Almost wore it out on sunday to meet Blast but didn't want to scare him on a first meeting. Once you wear one shorts will never feel as comfy again.

No problem Crogan. A lot of my RenFest friends wear them. Hmm, can you imagine the looks we would have gotten from the ATVers if the four of us had been wearing them? grin
