Hello menmbers in the UK.

Has anyone noticed a problem with the telephone system lately when making international calls? I don't have the specifics but my parents have been having problems calling the US since Saturday. They have been using different phone lines on their side and calling different numbers on this side. Apparently the calls get disconnected just as they start to ring. Everything worked fine last week. Luckily we have my cousin's email as a back up. They could be having "senior moments" but its very curious.
