I also stole the excel list. I keep my lists this way also but have not done the update tricks for expired items....nice.

After a very quick survey of your site I would suggest a couple of minimal additions. I normally carry both latex gloves and leather gloves in EDC kit. I may suggest additon of a couple pairs of latex to your first aid kit and the leather to your PSK kit. Dealing with any body fluids, particularily outside the family, should be done with a latex or other type of plastic glove barrier. Leather are nice for digging through rubble or even helping friends move.

Loads of material to look at here, very nicely done. I particularily like the PSK being a small stocked pouch rather than an Altoids tin!
