Chris, Are you referring to he Ventura PO on Santa Clara? I was by there yesterday, and I figured the flag was at half mast - it wasn't hoisted all the way to the top and it looked like theywere trying to avoid tangling it in a nearby tree. Presumably the PO does respond to official presidential orders which are now in effect. I made several phone calls to try and find someone to fix the flag at the end of the Ventura Pier - a fun job onSunday!
