I'm having problems getting my order, they seem frightfully unconcerned. Now their web site is down. This does NOT bode well...

Has anyone else ordered from them in the last week?

Not in the last week but just about a month ago. Ordered 2 of the swiss volcano stoves. Recieved my order within a week. How long have you waited?

The web site is up and running, I just received their big catalog the other day, so they must still be in business. I have ordered from them in the past and haven't had any problems, haven't ordered anything lately though. Hope you get your order.

I haven't ordered from them within the last 3 months or so,,,,but I've never had a problem getting what I ordered within a week. The order usually comes in the day after I go back to my boat so I have to wait another month before I get to play with my new toy(s).

OK - my order arrived - AT 10:23 LAST NIGHT - several DAYS after promised.

The ding-dongs from Fedex Ground finally found my house after claiming that I wasn't home for the last few days. They were delivering to the wrong house. (Hint: It's the one with the HUGE REFLECTIVE NUMBERS right at the end of the drive, the same number that's on the damn delivery slip - and a sign that says "ALL DELIVERIES TO FRONT PORCH" as you pull up the drive)

Let me tell you, someone banging on the door at that hour puts the banger 9 millimeters away from a very, very bad night.

The merchandise arrived packed badly, one of the ammo boxes just loose in there, and there were 50 9mm cartridges rattling around loose in the box because the ammo box opened up inside the outer shipping box.

Not very happy.

fedex ground, i'm told, is a separate company than what we typically think of as fedex. they continually disappoint me. and the post service - fuggedaboutem.

i, too, have a lot of patience when it's not shipped by ups, but have found that the day i finally make the call to find out where my order is, it arrives. never fails.
