well, I am worried that I might have early sign of dementia. I want to get complete neurological test to confirm any sign of dementia.

I have been forgetting critical information relating to work. for example, I forgot some procedures that I suppose to conduct at work since I work in IT field. I did the procedures 2 days ago yet, when I came into work on one morning,I couldn't recall anything at all.
