Yes, I use that vest when I fly. I love it a lot though I sometimes wish the small pockets were a tad bigger.

The back pocket is giant and will easily hold a 1-liter Nalgene bottle. However doing so results in a large, uncomfortable (and ugly) bulge in the rear. I put two of these flat polycarbonate flasks in there instead.
