I dunno, but I always crank it up when I hear it on the radio. Reminds me of my GF.

Watching the video, it's crummy she can't play the guitar as she sings. The song isn't that complicated; my 1 semester in high school can play this! (but I can't sing to save my life)

No it is original. She is pretty talented and I think she writes her songs. She is form NYC (Staten Isl).
You may recognize this song from and Old Navy sweater commercial.
That is how I first heard it. You can find her on MySpace and hear other tunes.
Oh by the way she is very sexy in glasses!
