As a side note, I had the same problem with my Cold Steel Recon 1. I wrote the company and gave them the model of the knife and they sent me some replacement screws free of charge. If you use loctite just be sure you will never have to take apart the knife for cleaning or change the carry clip to the opposite side of the knife etc as the screws will most likely strip after using it. I found out the hard way.
