Blast,

Maybe your wife locked out youtube? wink (I can just imagine if you could post on it ie: alcohol stove w/coleman fuel) Basically there is an LEO displaying a cat up for adoption. The cat is on a leash, the cat doesn't like being on a leash. The cat gets mad mad (sure you can relate) and eventually wraps the leash around the guys leg and goes for the upper inner thigh area, guy screams in pain, end of video.

Your Bud,

Blitz

Oh, I think I saw that once on America's Funniest Home Videos or some such showcase of violence and suffering.

Loved it!

Lesson 1: Cats are not fond of leashes....

Lesson 2: Jeans are not protective gear...

Lesson 3: Attempting to "corral" the cat on a leash with a box is more stupid than having it on a leash.

Lesson 4: NEVER, NEVER, NEVER PUT A CAT THAT IS ON A LEASH BETWEEN YOUR LEGS!!!!!!!

I thought a saw the cat's tail wag as it bit the LEO. More proof that cats actually seek pleasure making humans suffer.

A dog may be man's best friend, but a cat is a demonic being mad

Cats think for themselves.

They don't like being hung.

They don't like being shoved into a box.

They don't like being drowned in the disguise as a bath...

Some day I will entertain all with a story of my middle of the night fight to the death hand to hand battle with a homeless cat that had decided to come into our kitchen via the doggy door and pee on everything he could find. Someday. It ain't a pretty story, neither are my scars...

D'OH eek

Never been a real big fan of cats myself. I think kittens are cute though.

Don't have a preference either way for dogs or cats except that a cat on the property means you don't have mice. Then again, unless it's extremely cold out (teens or less) all animals stay outside unless the vet says keep them in.

I don't care about the mice outside. I live in a mobile home, and these stupid things are designed with 5" holes for 2" pipes.

When my cats keep hanging around the kitchen when there's no food out, I pull out the bottom drawer and leave it out all night. The cats crawl inside and under the false cabinet floor. Sometimes I find a tail. Mostly I don't find anything.

My house = cat playground = mouse death chamber.

Same process. Dust mite allergy means I start before they get in & the cat stays outside.

I can see it now. The planets must be properly aligned.

It occurred to me, Blast, that it's probably a good thing that cats don't have opposable thumbs...

Blast + cat + thermite... not a pretty picture!
