Ok, so this is the movie with Mark Wahlberg as a sniper. Just saw it on a plane, and it was so-so.

But, at one point he has to have someone do surgery on him and he seems to eat about 10 cans of spray cream first as an anaesthetic. Can anyone explain that? I've never heard of it, and it looked bizarre - but I figure if there is one place where people might know the answer....
