Actually, Georgia is pretty diverse when it comes to big predatory mammals. The Georgia Wildlife Federation lists Red Wolves, Grey Wolves, and Mountain Lions as both native and endangered species (small portion of the GWF list). Only Coyotes aren't listed as endangered, but they're like some crazy mix of rat, rabbit, and dog or something. LOL

Or I read the list wrong... That could be the case... I mean they actually list pilot whales as endangered Georgian Animals... How far off the beach can a state claim land? LOL Kidding.
