I could not agree more. But I suspect that, physical training considered, wearing a 55+ pound vest, with the stuff attached, kevlar helmet, boots, rifle, ammo, pistol, ammo, etc etc etc, would make it very hard to outrun a BG wearing only a sheet and rag on his head, carrying an AK with several 40 round mags. But I would sure as hell try...
