Not all of them. Several people are stuck on little "newly formed islands".

One road in to town opened up this morning.

Tillamook is still under water, too. Some are reporting that some coastal gas stations are putting the price up to 5 bucks a gallon.

We have a couple families from the coast staying with us until they reopen access back to their part of town. It's tight but we're all dry and warm.
