Actually though, I like negative feedback just as much, if not more, than ones that are in agreeement. As long as your position is backed up with the details of your reasoning, it helps keep me keep things in prespective and evaluate things more objectively.

I love the different view points just not dismissing a persons ideas without as you put it details of the reasoning.
