I am trying to formulate a emergency plan for a prospectus (applying for a commercial guiding permit), and in real life in an National Wildlife Refuge in the Alaska bush. This is not something that I have tried to put into writing before and any help, or a basic outline would be appreciated????

I would start with a proposed gear list; Main first aid, communications, survival gear and individual survival equipment to be issued to each client, employee etc. Have you attended any schools such as are offered by Chris Janowskie or Mors Kochanski? What you are putting together is going to essentially be a resume. Your skills, equipment and ability to relate these with your clients. emergency services and locals should all be acknowledged.
