Anyone know if the Thinsulate Poncho Liner is still being sold? I've checked BQM, US Cav, Major Surplus, CTD, The Sportsman's Guide... nothing. Even the links from previous posts here are dead.

On a side note, has anyone tried the Kifaru Woobie? Looks like it's a step above the thinsulate liner, but at $126, I'm not in a rush to buy one. Should I be?

Thanks!

It's $59.99 here:

I don't have experience with Pogomall, just happened to find it there.

BQ had them in the latest catalog. And Ranger Joes might have them as well.

I've got Catalog 88, which I thought was their latest, and didn't see it. It's also not on the website.

What's the item number?

Thanks all!

MDinana

Try catalog 88 page 65 for poncho liners.

Yeah, but none say they're with Thinsulate, just polyester (like the Mil-spec)... unless I'm missing something?

I am not sure they carry them any more (BQM). I bought one last year and it was from the website and I notice they are not there now. Actually, I have used poncho liners for decades and I have noticed very little improvement with the Thinsulate. Not worth the extra expense!
I will say, be careful when buying a poncho liner, some of the aftermarket, non-military ones are smaller. Also the Wiggy's one I bought weighs a ton, it is made of some very heavy fabric, not the light ripstop nylon. It was cheap though! We use it for a blanket on the kid's bed and would never carry it to the field.
