Isn't there a civillian white version of the Israeli-dressing? That would solve most of the traveling-problems

My impression was that Fielddoc was suggesting portions of the world don't consider Israel their best buddies, and if the bandage has any identifying marks, such as Hebrew "lettering," a Magen David symbol etc, it might make for some heat from customs officials or others in such countries.....

Since Emergency Preparedness is something Israelis have to be aware of daily, perhaps you could give us some ideas on this and other topics that we may not have thought of .....
