Its driving me nuts, I have it on my key chain along with a Gerber Clutch,Res-Q-Me,Swiss Army Clippers, Jet Scream and a Zebra pen. My problem is the light keeps getting bumped on,has anyone had this problem, did you find a solution? If so please share, before I pull my hair out.

I used to have this problem when I kept a SAK Minichamp and a matching Green Inova in my wallet - the thing kept coming on inside the wallet whenever I hit my leg and would be about half dead when I would go to use it. Sadly there's really not much you can do about it because the button switch is so sensitive.
Either store the Inova a certain way where it won't get turned on accidentally, flip the terminals on the battery until you have to use it, or do what I did and replace most of my Inova keychains with Photons, and give the former to family and friends. The Inova keychains are good lights, no doubt, but that's all you can really do.

take a quarter and tape it over the switch. Now you can also make a phone call.

Bill For some reason even on momentary mode my Photon freedoms would still eventually come on in my pocket. I guess my pockets are rough places to be. Now I keep the neck lanyard attachment clipped to it (without the cord of course).

LED, if your light is on a keychain, just check the other items (keys?) nearby. Maybe you just need to rearrange them?

I replaced mine with a Streamlight Key Mate. Bright, rugged, inexpensive little light. It screws on and I've never had a problem with it. I use it every day.

I have a bunch of these lights and I was experiencing the same problem. First, the light will time out after 4 minutes so while you can drain your battery over time it should not happen after a single incident. If it keeps happening, however, it is an easy fix to return it to signal mode. Press the button until you get to strobe mode. Press and hold the button for 10-15 seconds while in strobe mode. The light should blink three times after 10-15 seconds indicating that it is in signal mode. To return to steady on, from off, simply press and hold the button for 10-15 seconds (the light will be on while you are pressing and turn off after 10-15 seconds indicating steady on mode).

No matter how many times I put mine on Signal mode (i.e you hold the switch down to operate!) it always kept switching on. When I came to use it, the darn thing had changed modes - AGAIN!!! So, I changed to a dealextreme.com fauxton on my keys & put the Inova on a D-ring on my EDC bag.
