the sru-21p is often sold on ebay.<br>Both watkins aviation and flighthelmet.com sell the sv-2b. I think the one sold by watkins aviation come readily equipped but i'm not sure.<br>The ones sold on ebay (all survival vests) come in various states and some come with a various amount of gear.<br>Hope this helps
