Looks like a pretty good start so far (especially with no budget!!)
A few things that you might want to think about:

-Bug spray/wipes/cream (if bugs are a concern)
-Basic toiletries (soap,toothbrush?/toothpaste?)
-Prescriptions if needed
-Some kind of basic hunting/fishing gear depending on your "expected" Bug out conditions (small fishing kit, snare wire, etc.)
