How do you feel when being stress out at work? Can you describe your symptoms? I want to compare your experience with mine.
Whenever I feel stress at work, my chest muscles tighten slowly over the day. I would tired from having slight difficulty breathing normally. My adrenaline rise considerably during the whole week. A good night sleep doesn't seem to dissipate it.
I need a real massage from a masseur to get rid of muscle tightness. Am I the one experience this problem? Is this symptoms of aging for men in 40s?

An excersize program is essential to managing stress. What excersizes you include and to what level of intensity is up to you but the more vigorous the better.
Stress is not necessarily bad for your body or health. It's a natural part of life. It's how we handle, respond to, and manage it that determines whether it's good ro bad for us.
You're an individual in charge of your own destiny, so....No, I won;t include warnings such as see your doctor first, Caution: coffee is hot!, keep flames away from gasoline, or any other such silly disclaimers.

I had one particular year that was extremely stressful, and had left shoulder and neck pain that nearly drove me crazy. It hurt everyday for months on end. The situation at work improved and the pain eventually went away with 1/4 tablet of Flexeril at night. One tablet would put you in La La Land.

Hi Picard120,
About 11 years ago after a bitter labour strike, I was laid-off from a job I thought I would have for life and ended up quickly moving my young family to a remote nothern town 2000 kms away, it was a very stressful time for all of us.
A few months after I was in the new town/job I started to have mini-seizures (like very rapid twitching) of my right eye/face that would last for a few minutes then be gone for a while, only to return again. I went to the doctor and after some tests he attributed it to the past stress and said it would be temporary.
Sure enough, after about 4 months as our life got back on track the condition gradually went away.
From this experience I found out that for me at least, problems caused by stress may not appear until well after the real cause has past.
Good luck,
Mike
