An excersize program is essential to managing stress. What excersizes you include and to what level of intensity is up to you but the more vigorous the better.
Stress is not necessarily bad for your body or health. It's a natural part of life. It's how we handle, respond to, and manage it that determines whether it's good ro bad for us.
You're an individual in charge of your own destiny, so....No, I won;t include warnings such as see your doctor first, Caution: coffee is hot!, keep flames away from gasoline, or any other such silly disclaimers.
