Major also imports the Mercedes and Volvo Unimogs. My yuppie city is congested with Beemers ( all black), over restored classic cars ( grind that unsyncronized first gear) and SUVs that are the envy of Panzer Grenadier veterans. All with a Starbucks coffee in one hand and a cell phone in the other( no wonder the Klingons hated Kirk! Allways talking on the cell in his big, white suv) as they negotiate the 1.2 miles to the riding academy. I want a Volvo unimog ;O)

I stand corrected.Tthe Volvo unit is not dissimilar. Big, ugly, slow and utterly reliable with the same engine as my 240. Since I shall probably never afford the Bentley: this is my next toy. If I cannot keep up with the Jones's, I shall drag them down to my own level LOl.

I wonder what the Toyota Mega Cruiser would be like? would it hold its own with the Hummer H1?

Maybe I should just look at the Volvo C303?

For $83K USD I would expect the steering wheel to be on the proper (left) side...

For better off road capability and not to dissimilar fuel economy off road (nothing else is faster) and more muscle appeal than either the hummer or mega cruiser get one of these

I'm not even gonna ask where you have to go to buy one of those. Probably wouldn't pass smog in CA anyway...

I hear the for=retail Hummers are junk compared to the real thing. Forget the cars... I want a HOVERCRAFT!
