Ironraven,

No gun shop here on Island (though people do have rifles and hunt here - on a 9x22 mile island). On a side note, I need to warn people not to get rabbit stew in Cayman. "Rabbits" here are just large rats with large hind legs and kind of hop/run. Yes, we have rats too, but the "rabbit" is just a weird creature.

Big_al,

I'll see if they have any paintball supplies here, I doubt it (but people do have the stuff).

SBRaider,

That seems to be my best bet.

Thanks all,
Kris

Exactly what i'm after. I can never use up 20, but is anyone interested in a few? Maybe a group buy?

All kinds of good stuff on that site!!!!!

Re the handy tubes, if you know someone who smokes cigars, or have a smoke shop handy, you can probably bum a few for nothing. That is how I obtained the ones I have. Be advised that the top is not real tight, probably not waterproof (altho I have never tested that), and comes off pretty easily (unless you seal it with tape or something). If you can get the aluminum ones, they have a threaded cap, mucho better...

I used to smooke cigars, but my wife doesn't like the smoke so... no smoking for me :-(

I have all sorts of cigar tubes from all kinds of brands. Even have a nice cigar holder made in stainless, two separte tubes, with threaded caps and O rings, and have a leather holder for it.

But all of them are just too big for a diameter for my present day EDC kit. Maybe those tubes on the url I posted are to big diameter as well. Don't know.

OBG... thanks for that idea though.

Well, how much bigger are they?

A bigger container is just an excuse to carry more tinder. smile
