Regarding the BOB. If you don't want to buy a gallon can (instead of aerosol can), just spray some quantity into a Ziplock freezer bag, and then collect it with a disposable plastic syringe of a desired size. Release any air. Put the original cap on the needle - ready for BOB.

If you're desperately want to have a spray action. You can try small gardening spray bottles. But the results depends on viscosity of the lubricant.

I'm using a pen-like dispenser with regular watch oil. That one is good even for EDC, but I'm not sure if it's possible to refill one with anything else.
