Fairly easy to navigate, includes different topics. Also, interestingly, has links for "the public" and "professionals." First responders and health care providers can get links to CDC websites. The public can access various state/local agencies (eg, Power, Gas, Fire departments). Looks like a good start and source of introductory info.

I had a look, it is a good informative website.
