I'd say you were good. It would be cheating if you had to take it out of the pouch it came in. :P

To go WITH it, at a minimum something like the AMK Pocket Medic with a few more 2x2s and some immodium tucked in. Same size, costs about 10 bucks. A PSK without a PMK is like liquid hydrogen without liquid oxygen- sure, you're still impressive, but with the other half of the equation you're flying.
