I was looking for reviews on the Origo Alcohol Stove (couldn't find any) but ran across this site: http://www.bioenergylists.org/en/taxonomy_dhtml It is titled BioEnergy Lists: Biomass Cooking Stoves. I've just looked at a few, but it seems an interesting and possibly useful site. Under the Author list on the left, a man named Davis has 73 entries. One set of them involves making 'fireballs', small (1" or so) lumps of fuel from different sources of biomass, such as charcoal and pond scum. The second list is by design, Alcohol Stoves, husk stove, parafin stove, sawdust stoves, solar cookers, etc. Some of the DIYers might find something to take up their spare time. Sue
