Has anyone used a krinkle gauze roll, Bulkee II?<br>supposedly it can be used to pack major bleeding, burns and for would care.<br>Has anyone used this item? if so would it be usefull to include in my first aid kit.<br>I saw the item listed as part of a basic trauma kit sold on www.actiongear.com.

I am not sure if this is the same product here in the states we generally refer to as Kling (trade name, there are other brands, that are as good). If so, we use it extensively for everything from applying to dressed wounds, wrapping an extremity to a splint, as added security in C-Spine immobilization, securing I.V. sites, etc. Again, if this is the same product, I would highly recommend it be added to everyone’s FAK. Thanks for the reply. I think it might be similar but i'm not sure. It is an item that is included in pro med kits basic trauma kit's.
