If it helps, I live in Texas away from any mountains or oceans. No cold weather to speak of really.

My kit is a 72 hour kit just for me, so I don't think I need a kit that will support a 13 person mountain climbing expedition in the Rockies for 12 days.

Plus anything too big would take up a disproportional amount of space in my kit reserved for other components. I would love to build a FAK myself, but I really don't have the time right now...
