Another very thin SAK is the alox Bantam. It's an 84mm knife with one layer (knife blade and can/bottle opener multitool). It's quite small and light.
Even smaller and lighter is the Classic SD with alox scales. Not much of a knife blade, but better than nothing at all. Plus it has the scissors and nail file/small screwdriver.
