I am going to order the following items from camping survival.com Leatherman Wave Multi-Tool, Survival Tool
$59.95
U.S. Navy 'Storm' All Weather Whistle
$44.95
Esbit Pocket Stove
$5.95
2X5MM Mini Caribiner With Keychain
$0.65
Leatherman Micra
$17.95
Pelican Mini MityLite
$9.95

I totals $99.40
What do you think?
i have used those 5MM Mini Caribiner and they are kinda weak, i have used to use one to atach my keychain to my trouwsers, but the spring lost his strengh after a wille and i destroyed the spring somehow after a while. the closhing part end up daggeling from the joint.... so i would recoment a stronger ( aluminium/steel ) carabiner even for light duty work..
i peorsonally use aluminium carabiners even for my keychain and other stuff....
That sounds expensive for the "Storm" whistle if that's the same "Storm" whistle Doug reviewed. You might also want to consider the Leatherman Squirt S2 over the Micra and the Underwater Kenetics Mini Pocket Light 2AAA over the Mini MityLite (almost the same dimentions, same price, double the power).
