Actually, I recieved pretty decent service from them. About 3 months ago, I ordered an Ontario RTAK. I can't stand the knife, but I recieved it promptly with no B.S. Sorry to hear about your experience, and I agree with Mr. Kavanaugh, contact your credit card company ASAP.<br><br>John McIntire
