I went to bed last night expecting Tropical Storm Humberto to bring me 10"-15" inches of rain today and maybe a little wind. Woke up this morning to discover it had grown to a Class 1 hurricane and was tearing everything up to the east of me. Instead of a foot of rain the weatherman is now saying it'll be a nice day here. Meanwhile 50 miles east they are being pummeled and flooded and the power is out. They didn't get any warning. If they didn't have supplies last night they are going to be hurting.
