God, I feel like a slacker after reading everyone else's responses! I work with a trainer 2 hours a week, but that's mostly weights and stretching-for-flexibility. (Never underestimate how much sitting in front of a computer all day for work messes up shoulders/chest muscles.) The only cardio I get is chasing my 5 y.o. nephew and 3 y.o. niece around every few weeks -- I have a rowing machine, but I HATE cardio!
