Wow, there are some big guys on here. I'm 34 years old, 5'6", 140 lbs. My workout consists of mainly yard work, bodyweight exercises , tae kwon do routines, and the occasional hike or bike ride. I don't diet per se, but what I am very stringent about is portion control. I cannot finish even half of most restaurant portions. When I do order at restaurants, I usually get something like grilled salmon, rice, and veggies.
