Maybe I have been out of the loop or something, 'cuz I have no idea what a "military praqmatic compass" is. Lensatic , on the other hand, I am very familiar with (and I do not like them for what I use a compass for). I checked Miraim Webster and Wikipedia, with no luck at all. Can you enlighten me???
