I've been lurking here for about the last 3 weeks or so. This forum is great. A Lot of excellent advice and info.

I'm wondering how many of you have any experience using Celox? I've been researching it recently and would like some real life input. Also, has anyone heard about instant potato's as an emergency blood clotting agent? Any truth to that?

Hi Blitz,
I have recieved some samples but have not put them to use so far.
Just remeber that almost ALL bleeding can be stopped with direct pressure. Products like Celox are for battle field injuries mostly.

Thanks for the input. I'm thinking they may be nice to have around for camping accidents (AX, fall) or a variety of other situations.
