We have a small off-brand dome tent our son gave us when he moved on to something better. When you've got good light and lots of time to set it up, it's fine. In more marginal lighting conditions, or if you didn't get to the camp site until AFTER the rain started, it's not so user friendly.

I've been thinking about trying one of the smaller tipi-type tents that have been on the market for a few years. Anyone had any experience with them?
