WestMarine at (http://www.westmarine.com/) has a nice selection. Problem with buying mail order is that everyone smacks you with HAZMAT shipping charge which sometimes is almost as big as the purchase price itself.<br><br>Matt

armysurplusforless.com sells the combination signal/survival kit, but, like Polak said, you'll have to pay hazmat shipping. If you live near a boat supply store (Boat US is a big one) you can usually find the kits there. They will probably also carry all the components of the kit individually so you can put your own together if you'd rather. <br><br>Hope this helps, <br><br>Chris<br>

This is probably not legal but what the hell. There is a place called Wolf Fishing Products (http://www.wolfffishing.com/) that ships Orion stuff by regular mail (no HAZMAT charges). I ordered to set of pen flares from them but they screwed up my order by sending me a refill kit (3 flares only) instead of starter kit (3 flares, launcher, case). I called them up and they appologized and are fixing up my order. But the outcome is yet to see. So use them upon your judgment.<br><br>Matt
