I would not even bother doing that. If it seems loose or
needs to be "sealed" I would use JB Weld (good for wood and
metal). Or, use clear Epoxy to seal it: cleaner and nicer,
but not so strong. Your knife/blade is not super strong, so
keep it, and use it for what it is.
(I like Moras and have some like yours.)
If you look on ragweedforge.com (highly regarded & specializes
in Scandi blades and knives), they have a Blade Page.
These blades are cheaper than knives, and many (most?) are
stronger than your blade. Put a handle on one of
these blades, and it will be a much better knife, than
your present one.
