I haven't seen the British canteens, but I know that Brigade Quartermasters sells a similar product. It's a 30-ounce, 2 micron filtered canteen called "Pres-2-Pure." The canteen is $29.99, replacement filters are $15.99. A little pricey IMO. The item numbers are PPC02 and RCF01, respectively.
