I understand that the Aussies are a bit more realistic about the carriage of knives than other members of the Commonwealth. But I saw some noticiable lacks.

A water bottle per person?
No food.
No sleep/shelter items.
Rx meds were buried in with the FAK items.

This looks like a list of what you need to walk to an evacuation point or shelter, more than anything else.
